Who we are
EmboQueens PLLC is a physician-led embolization practice based in Washington State. This notice explains what happens to information when you visit this website or email us.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when a page loads.
When you email us
If you email [email protected], we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and arrange next steps. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Please don’t email medical details
Regular email is not a secure way to send health information. Please don’t include medical records, images or detailed health history in your first message. Once we are in touch, we will arrange a secure way to share that information.
Your medical care
Information you share as a patient is protected by federal and state privacy law and handled by the clinical facility where you receive care, under that facility’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
